Policies

Short version: you always know the price before we start, and rescheduling is easy when you give us a little notice.

Deposit & cancellation

A $50 deposit is charged when you book. It reserves your appointment and comes straight off your final price — it is never an extra charge on top.

• Reschedule or cancel with 48+ hours’ notice: free reschedule, or a full refund of your deposit.
• Under 48 hours: the deposit converts to a credit you can use on a future appointment.
• No-show at the scheduled time and address: the deposit is forfeited.

Weather policy

We work in normal Seattle rain — a garage, carport, or our own canopy keeps the work protected. If it’s truly pouring, we’ll reschedule you free of charge and your deposit carries over to the new date. Prefer not to wait? We can swap your appointment to an interior-only service instead.

How pricing works

Prices shown are starting prices for a vehicle in average condition. Any adjustments come from our published menu, and we confirm your exact price at your vehicle — before any work begins. The price never changes after we start.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you’re not happy, we’re not done. You approve the walkaround price before we start, and you inspect the finish with us before we pack up — if something isn’t right, we stay and make it right.
