What happens if it rains?
We work in normal Seattle rain — a garage, carport, or our own canopy keeps the work protected. If it's truly pouring, we'll reschedule you free of charge — or we do your interior and return for the exterior.
Do you need my water or power?
No — we arrive fully self-contained. Our van carries its own water tank, generator, and everything else the job needs.
How do I pay?
A $50 deposit is charged when you book and comes straight off your final price. The rest is paid at your vehicle when the job is done — tap to pay, card, Apple Pay, or cash.
Why is my online price a starting price?
Prices shown are starting prices for a vehicle in average condition. Any adjustments come from our published menu, and we confirm your exact price at your vehicle — before any work begins. The price never changes after we start.
How do deposits and cancellations work?
The $50 deposit is charged when you book — it reserves your slot and comes straight off your final price, so it's never an extra charge. Reschedule or cancel with 48+ hours' notice for a free reschedule or full refund; under 48 hours the deposit converts to a credit for a future appointment. No-shows forfeit the deposit.
How long does each service take?
Express Exterior Wash and Express Interior Refresh run 45–60 minutes. Interior or Exterior Detail takes 2–3 hours. Full Detail takes 4–6 hours, and Premium Detail can take up to a full day.
Do bigger vehicles cost more?
Prices are for a small sedan — midsize SUVs and large trucks add time. We confirm your exact price at the walkaround, before any work begins.
Can you handle pet hair?
Yes — heavy pet hair adds $40–100 depending on severity; text us 3 photos for a locked price.
